Colours as you see in the website may vary from the actual colours of the garments due the process of photography and your device.
Customization – Blouse shall be stitched as per the pattern provided in the photo.
In our reference pics featuring models the stitched blouses have a back neckline depth of 10.5 inches. For our customers we give a 9 inch neckline depth for a padded blouse and 8 inch for a non padded blouse. In case you would like to increase or decrease the depth of the neckline kindly mention in note section details while placing your order.
Blouse stitching will be added at an additional cost of Rs. 2,500/-. Pad will be added at an additional cost of Rs. 300/-.
Delivery – Saree with unstitched running blouse shall be dispatched in 3 working days. If blouse sticthing is ordered, we require minimum 7 working days to desptch.
Care – Dry Clean Wash or Hand wash using mild detergent with cold water. For drying, avoid direct sunlight and dry it in partial shade at all times. Always store the saree in a light cotton muslin cloth.
Return & Refund – Return & Refund are not allowed after delivery as these products are made to your order. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by negligence from our side. In case of a return, we request you to send a detailed mail with photographs and opening video to [email protected] within 2 days of receipt of the product. Colors as you see in the website may vary from the actual colors of the garments due the process of photography and your device.
Cancellation – Order once accepted cannot be cancelled or changed as each product is specifically made to Order.
