Customization – Skirt length (maximum 42″), Sleeve length (maximum 11″) and front & back neck depth can be customized based on requirement. However possibility of making those changes needs to confirmed before Order confirmation.
In our reference pics featuring models the stitched blouses have a back neckline depth of 10.5 inches. For our customers we give a 9 inch neckline depth for a padded blouse and 8 inch for a non padded blouse. In case you would like to increase or decrease the depth of the neckline kindly mention in note section details while placing your order.
Pad will be added at an additional cost of Rs. 300/-
Wash Care – Dry Wash preferable.
Delivery – This product is made on order basis, and would require 14-21 working days to dispatch.
Return & Refund – Return & Refund are not allowed after delivery as these products are made to your order. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by negligence from our side. In case of a return, we request you to send a detailed mail with photographs and opening video to [email protected] within 2 days of receipt of the product. Colors as you see in the website may vary from the actual colors of the garments due the process of photography and your device.
Cancellation – Order once accepted cannot be cancelled or changed as each product is specifically made to Order.
