Refund Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
We value the satisfaction of our customers as our utmost priority. We make every effort to deliver our products without damage or defect. You can apply for a return or exchange within 48 hours after the product is delivered, only if the product is defective / damaged while delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or defective when received, unused, in the same condition that you received it and enclosed in the original packaging.
Returns will NOT be entertained for the following reasons:
  • A difference in color differences in material texture and feel wrong selection of size damaged after delivery.
  • International Shipments (outside India)

In the event of a return, we request that you send a detailed message with photographs or videos to mabiaboutique.chennai@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt of the product. If the return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email along with a return authorization form, which will explain how to return the product(s). If the reason for the return is due to a mistake on our side, we promise to refund the price of the returned products. After receiving email confirmation, you may proceed to send the package back to us. It must reach us within 15 days for domestic delivery. (The date taken into account is the date of delivery.). The products must be returned in it's original condition, unaltered and unused.

IvalinMabia is not liable to pay the return shipment charges. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For Full-Priced Items If the product does not reach us within 15 days from the date of delivery, it is not eligible for return.
  • For SALE Price Products if the product does not reach us within 10 days from the date of delivery, it is not eligible for return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary. If you are shipping an item, consider using a traceable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.

Important:
If you think, you have received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package, procure photo evidence in the presence of the delivery person, and return the package to him. Please include the original shipping box and packing materials while returning.


REFUND POLICY:
Refunds, once eligible, will be given equivalent store credit or will be made in the same form as the payment and must be received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines mentioned in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your debit/credit card/net banking account will be credited once the returned item(s) are processed, and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

Please note that refunds will take 3-5 working days to be processed by the banks. Please realize that the time taken is towards the bank's processing and not just to initiate the refund, which we would do promptly. Any undue delays from the banks that we foresee would be communicated to the customers promptly. Refunds can be processed only through the same channel as the payment was originally made ( except for UPI payments, in which case ,we will require further details and email confirmation) and cannot be interchanged with any other mode. For refunds of cash deposits, we initiate a cheque refund, which would also take 3-5 working days to process.

We will deduct Rs.300 (for domestic delivery) from your order refund for return postage if the same is borne by IvalinMabia. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. In the case of international returns, if the package reaches IvalinMabia and we incur a cost, then it will be deducted from the return settlement amount.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS / ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Should you wish to cancel and/or amend your order, you should contact IvalinMabia. Details of your right of cancellation are provided here and in our order confirmation. Orders for sarees can only be changed before shipment. For customized costumes, as they are made to order (half sarees, salwars, pavadai sattai, saree with falls / tazzles, ready to wear sarees, blouses, gowns, frocks etc) and any other services, change /cancellation is not allowed.

The provisions of this clause will not apply to any goods which: (a) you have bought either online or by telephone, which you have previously viewed at one of our stores; (b) are tailored and handmade to your specification; and (c) any goods which cannot by their nature be reused (such as fabrics, leggings, lingerie etc.). To reiterate, please be aware that for goods that are tailored and handmade to your specification, you will not have the right to cancel or return the goods once ordered/delivered unless the goods are faulty, so please carefully consider your decision to place your order before doing so. Outright cancellations are not allowed after placing the order.
