Shipping Policy

DISPATCH TIME

Ival in Mabia endeavours to ship your orders within 3 to 5 working days of receiving them. Some of our products are Made to Order and the dispatch time will be as mentioned on those specific product pages.  Any customization work will take an additional 7 to 15 working days depending on the customization. 

Tentative delivery/dispatch dates will be confirmed after order confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not considered as working days and shipments will not be dispatched on those days.

SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

A delivery charge will apply to all orders. The amount is variable depending on the order and is made clear at the point of order and will be contained on our Order Confirmation. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout depending on the destination and volume/weight of the package.

Where you have ordered multiple goods from us, we may need to make more than one delivery to you. If you ask us to deliver the order in instalments, you will be charged extra delivery costs.

Each address you instruct us to ship to is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.

CUSTOMS DUTY:

Please note that at the time of order creation you are clearing the freight charge only. Customs clearance charges, duty and taxes, if any, will have to be borne by you or the recipient of the package.  Every once in a while , the Customs Department in your country may conduct a random check and decide to levy a customs duty on your parcel. This is totally out of our control. Although we put in a lot of effort to clear customs without any hassle, some rare incidents do happen. In those rare instances, the customs duty would have to be borne by you as the customer. Kindly do not return the parcel due to this issue, as it would only make matters worse by attracting 2-way shipping charges and return customs duty in India.

SHIPPING BY COURIER

All courier companies make 2 delivery attempts only. In the event of unavailability of the recipient, the future modus operandi is at the discretion of the courier company and Ival in Mabia has no liability for the same. Our staff will get in touch with you as soon as we are informed by our courier agency. In the event that the package is sent back to us, Ival in Mabia is not liable to clear and accept the package. So we request you to receive the package and make all the details available for smooth delivery.

Standard Service
Standard service is provided via any one of the following: Postal Service, Professional Courier, ST Couriers, DTDC, Trackon, etc., and the service provider will be selected based on your location/address.

For shipping within India, please allow 3 to 4 working days, and for international delivery, please allow 6–10 working days for delivery after our dispatch date.

Express, 3-Day or 2-Day Service


Orders must be submitted by 2:00 pm IST on all days. Goods will be dispatched within 48 hours to 72 hours of the order confirmation.  Express service charges of 25% extra will be applicable.

DELAY / DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

Ival in Mabia will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible to the delivery address stated in the order and confirmed by us in the Order Confirmation.  Should you wish to change the delivery address from the address given in the order and confirmed by us in the order confirmation, then you must have notified us and have obtained our agreement in writing to any change in delivery address prior to any  parcel being dispatched from us.

Ival in Mabia products are packed in a secure tamper-proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it to the delivery person. If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the package was received in a secure manner.

Ival in Mabia is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company, but it will definitely support our clients to track down a package through the courier service provider

Ival in Mabia is not responsible for damage or loss of goods that occur after dispatch to the shipping address provided at checkout. 

 Ival in Mabia is not liable for parcel delays or returns caused by insufficient or incorrect address or contact land/mobile numbers. Please kindly make sure that you provide accurate details while ordering to avoid delays and/or non-delivery. Two-way shipping charges will be charged additionally if the parcel is returned to Ival in Mabia and if we have to resend the same to your correct address.

VALUATION

Ival in Mabia has a strict policy against under valuation and cannot be sent as a gift from Mabyo Business House.

TRACKING OF SHIPMENT

If you have a registered account with us, you can check the status of your orders under My Account. Click on your order number for complete details, including the tracking number. Here you can follow the progress of shipments. If you do not have an account with us yet, set one up now - My Account.

HOLDING / STORAGE OF FINISHED GOODS

Ival in Mabia does not hold or store goods. Therefore, if you fail to accept the reasonable delivery dates offered to you, then, except where this failure is caused by our failure to comply with these terms and conditions or by an event beyond our control; (a) We will store the goods until delivery takes place and may charge you a reasonable sum to cover expenses, currently Rs. 500 per week for a period of 3 months, after which we will not be responsible for them. Any such charges must be cleared before delivery takes place.
