Shipping Policy
DISPATCH TIME
Normal Dispatch Orders will be dispatched within 10 to 14 working days from the date of order. All our products are Made to Order
Urgent Dispatch Orders will be dispatched on 3rd working day from the date next of your order. All our products are Made to Order
Pre-Order Items will be dispatched within 25 working days from the date of order.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Methods & Rates
All products are shipped through third-party shipping vendors. Shipping charges are not fixed and will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your pin code, delivery destination, and the volume/size of the order.
Shipping Time (Domestic & International)
Delivery timelines are dependent on third-party courier services.
Within India: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.
Outside India: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 working days.
Dispatch & Delivery Responsibility
Once the order is handed over to the shipping partner, delivery timelines are managed by the courier service. Any delays caused by the shipping provider are outside our direct control.
Delay Assistance
In case of any delay or issue during transit, we will provide full assistance to coordinate with the shipping partner and help resolve the matter at the earliest possible time.
Customer Responsibility (Address & Contact Details)
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, correct pin code, and active phone number while placing the order. If any details provided are incorrect or incomplete, the courier may return the shipment to us. In such cases, re-shipping will be arranged only with additional shipping charges payable by the customer.
Delivery Attempt Policy
Courier partners will attempt delivery only twice and will make a maximum of two phone call attempts to the provided contact number. Delivery timing cannot be customized based on customer convenience, as it is fully managed by third-party logistics partners. Deliveries will be made according to the courier’s working schedule and route planning.
Customs Duty (International Orders)
Please note that at the time of order placement, only the product and freight charges are collected. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges (if applicable) in the destination country must be borne by the customer or recipient.
Customs authorities may, on random inspection, levy additional duties or taxes on certain parcels. These charges are completely outside our control. While we always aim for smooth customs clearance, any such charges imposed by the destination country must be paid by the customer.
We strongly advise customers not to refuse or return parcels due to customs charges, as it may result in additional two-way shipping fees and return customs duties. If a parcel is returned due to non-payment of customs duties, we will not be responsible for those charges. Re-shipment, if requested, will incur additional shipping charges.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you can track the status through your account under “My Orders.” Click on the order number to view full details, including the tracking ID. If you do not have an account, you can create one using the “My Account” option to access tracking and order updates.
Valuation
Ival in Mabia has a strict policy against under valuation and products cannot be sent as a gift from Mabyo Business House.
