Returns and refunds are not allowed after delivery, as these products are made to your order. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by negligence on our part. In case of a return for such reasons, we request that you send a detailed email with photographs and an opening video to mabiaboutique.chennai@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt of the product. If the purchased product is not received back in its original condition, we have the right to refuse the exchange.
